Artwork for the majestic’s new single sweetness.

 

After doing their new album cover I was asked to do the artwork for a single. The brief was for two people or animals to be in a cute and romantic hug at nighttime, surrounded by candles. I wanted to include the tree from the album cover in the background, and to continue the warm colour scheme from the album art. I was so inspired by the song, listening to it while I sketched out couples and ideas which I sent back to the band, both agreeing our top choice, the big comfy bear hug. From there the piece took about a week to complete and it felt good to grow and established aesthetic set up by their music and my previous album art.
