Proposal of design was for renovation of existing bus terminal in Aurangabad by considering future demands and development and also to find a way out of current issue.

Bus station has design for 30 bus platforms including service points with waiting area, ticket counter with offices , control center , drinking facilities and toilets for gents and ladies and shops has provided for shopping purposes at ground floor of structure. dormitories and cafeteria has provided on first floor and also provision of parking has done at basement floor.

Thought while designing was to bring flow in circulation as well as in building design so the fluidity came in consideration as a concept. Aurangabad city is known for historical sites and iconic structures so design has to be iconic but in a modern way. building has designed to be monument and also to be landmark of city with functionality inside . Design brings feasibility in internal functions and has focused on organize division of crowd and also outer function of bus circulation has got flow and require circulation area because of fluid form of structure.

In the interiors of bus terminal green zones has introduced which brings openness, freshness and liveliness inside the structure. landscape inside courtyards helps travelers to calm down mentally. Interiors of structures has kept light weight and visually free. In case of excessive crowd ,waiting area has given double height with landscape zone for proper air circulation throughout the building.
