Provavelmente, já escutou alguma história que narra como o povo é o “maior” ou o “primeiro” em algo, em uma eterna confirmação de grandeza. E foi pensando nisso que o Sport e a Umbro lançaram sua nova camisa em Veneza, na Itália, invertendo uma famosa frase atrelada à Recife e criando uma história à altura da cidade e, também, do humor recifense.

Anyone from Recife, who has visited the city, or has a friend from Recife, has heard of Pernambuco megalomania. You have probably heard a story that tells how the people are the “greatest” or the “first” in something, in an eternal confirmation of greatness. And it was with this in mind that Sport and Umbro launched their new shirt in Venice, Italy, reversing a famous phrase linked to Recife and creating a story worthy of the city and, also, of Recife's humor.
