The shape of the peony looks monotonous unless you are very conscious of the angle and direction of the peony. I thought it was even more important to be aware of this because it is so voluminous. I wanted to create the work with this in mind, asking myself how even a single flower would be conveyed to the recipient. I would like to keep this in mind when creating my works.

牡丹の形は、角度や向きをしっかり意識して描かないと単調な形に見えます。ボリュームがありすぎるのでなおのこと意識がいると思いました。花一つでも相手にどう伝わるのか？そんなことを意識して製作していきたいと思いました。
