Jovana | Brand Identity & Website

Backstory
This year, I took a leap and decided to expand my skills by diving into product and web design. I named this new journey BECOMING. It's an exploration into creating home pages, landing pages, icon designs, and mobile interfaces.

For my very first web project, I chose to focus on developing a portfolio website for a female model. This marks the start of my journey into web design! I'm eager to receive your feedback and suggestions as I embark on this creative journey.

Cheers!

Discovery Phase:
   - Client Consultation: Meet with the female model to understand her vision, target audience, and goals for her branding and website.
   - Competitive Analysis: Research competitors in the modeling industry to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses.
   - Audience Research: Understand the demographics and preferences of the target audience to tailor the design accordingly.

Mood Board
Curate a collection of images, colors, and typography that align with the model's personality, style, and target audience.

Brand Identity Development:

   - Logo Design: Design a unique and memorable logo that reflects the model's personality and identity.
   - Develop a cohesive brand identity system including color palette, typography and visual elements to be used across all branding materials.

Brand Guidelines
   - Document the finalized brand identity elements, including logo usage, color codes, typography, and imagery guidelines.
   - Ensure consistency and coherence across all branding materials and touchpoints.

Content Creation
 - Develop compelling copy that tells the story of the female model, communicates her unique selling points, and engages visitors.
 - Write a captivating biography that highlights the model's background, achievements, and aspirations.
 - Craft descriptive captions and titles for portfolio images and multimedia content to provide context and enhance engagement.
 - Create call-to-action (CTA) messages strategically placed throughout the website to encourage user interaction and conversion.

Visual Exploration / Refinement
   - Translate the brand identity elements into website design concepts, including the use of imagery, typography, and color scheme.
   - Explore different design directions and variations to find the most suitable aesthetic for the model's brand.
  - Gather feedback from the model and stakeholders on the initial design concepts.
   - Iterate on the designs based on the feedback received, refining and improving the visual elements and overall user experience.

Website Design:
   - Information Architecture: Develop a site map outlining the structure and organization of the website to ensure intuitive navigation.
   - Wireframing: Create wireframes to outline the layout and functionality of each page, focusing on user experience and conversion goals.
   - Visual Design: Apply the chosen brand elements to design visually appealing web pages that reflect the model's image and showcase her portfolio effectively.
   - Responsive Design: Ensure the website is responsive across various devices and screen sizes for optimal user experience.
   - Content Creation: Develop compelling copy and select high-quality images that highlight the model's portfolio, biography, and achievements.
   - Integration of Multimedia: Incorporate videos, photo galleries, and interactive elements to engage visitors and showcase the model's versatility.

This is my first web project and I know there's a lot I can learn and improve on. I'm excited about the possibilities ahead and welcome any feedback or ideas you might have.
Cheers to the beginning of something great!
