Edition and graphic design of a book articulating culinary culture and design history. The mission was to develop the concept, contents and design of a culinary recipe book, establishing a relation between two realms: a chosen design history movement and the culinary arts.
Design Movement: Bauhaus school.
Culinary Theme: Homemade appetizers.
Concepts: Mass production, functionalism, speed and creativity.
